How long does it take?+
Two weeks from kickoff to live, as long as I have your answers and photos when I need them. Most of what I need comes from one call and a few emails.
What if I change my mind?+
The website. Full refund if you stop in the first seven days of the build, for any reason. By then you'll have seen the design take shape, so you're deciding with the work in front of you.
Ongoing care. Plans are month to month. Cancel, or move to a different plan, with thirty days' notice.
Do I own the site?+
Yes. It's built on your own Squarespace account, with your domain and your analytics. I'm added as an admin to work on it, and you can remove me any time.
What about my domain?+
Already have one? I connect it, and nothing moves until launch. Don't have one? I help you pick and register it, usually around $20 a year, and it stays yours.
What happens after launch?+
After launch you own the website, and I will do a training with you and can answer any questions. You can also keep me on as a webmaster with a monthly Maintain or Grow plan.
Is the Squarespace subscription included in the monthly plans?+
Yes. Maintain and Grow both include the monthly Core Squarespace subscription ($39 value), so the plan price is the whole cost. If you run the site yourself, you pay Squarespace directly.
