I've spent twenty years in marketing, most of it on websites: what gets people to a site, and what gets them to call once they're there. Along the way I ran campaigns, read a lot of analytics, and led teams that built software. Somewhere in there, "hey, can you take a look at my website?" became the question I got asked most. Delight Sites is my answer to it.
I build your site myself, start to finish, and I'll give you my honest read as we go: which ideas will bring in calls, which ones will cost you some, and why.
I build on Squarespace because a business owner can run it without me if they ever want to. The rest is the craft: a design built around your business, pages structured so the right people find you, on Google, in AI search, or by referral, and a monthly report you'll actually read.
