This Privacy Policy describes how Delight Sites collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit delightsites.com or interact with our services.

Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us:

• When you book a free mockup call: your name, email, and the answers you give on the booking form, such as your business, your current website address, and what you want a site to do for you. Booking runs through Google Calendar appointment scheduling.

• When you submit the contact form: your name, email, and your message.

• Anything else you choose to share with us.

We also collect standard web analytics data when you visit the site: pages viewed, traffic source, device type, and general location derived from your IP address. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymized session interactions (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement) and heatmaps to help us improve the site; it does not capture what you type into forms. Analytics run when a page loads; the cookie notice on the site is for your information.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry, prepare your homepage mockup, and hold the call you booked

• To communicate with you about your project if you become a client

• To understand how the site is used and improve it

• To meet legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not add you to marketing lists you didn’t opt into. We do not share your information with anyone outside of providing the services you asked for.

Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies for essential functionality and for analytics through Google Analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings; some functionality may be affected. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

Third-party services
We rely on these services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Squarespace (website hosting and form processing)

• Google (Analytics, Calendar appointment scheduling, Meet, Fonts)

• Microsoft Clarity (session recordings and heatmaps)

Client websites
On websites we build and maintain for clients, we set up analytics and may use behavioral analytics tools that record anonymized session interactions to improve site performance. Those tools are governed by the client’s own privacy policy.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it, request its deletion, or opt out of analytics through your browser settings. To exercise any of these, email josh@delightsites.com.

Data retention
We keep contact and booking submissions as long as needed to respond, deliver our services, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
